This is our basic approach in order for our customers to use cosmetics continuously and safely.

  • Manufacturing in our own factory
    We conduct all the processes in-house from development to manufacturing. Products are carefully monitored until they are dispatched and every process is well-controlled.

  • Our original criteria for developing
    All of our cosmetics are assessed against our original criteria for its ingredient materials, efficacy, stability, safety and usability. We only deliver cosmetics that satisfy our criteria.

  • Quality control based on
    international standard
    We had our management system certified as ISO 9001 compliant and have passed many surveillance and recertification audits to date. We strive to maintain and improve quality of our service as well as our products.

  • Telephone counseling
    We offer skin and hair care counseling via telephone. Communicators, who have profound knowledge of dermatology, take calls from customers all over Japan.

  • Personal information protection
    PrivacyMark is a mark to indicate that personal information management systems are conformed to Japan Industrial Standards. We treat personal information securely and are accredited by the PrivacyMark System.


  • Environmental effort
    We planted trees within the premises of our Tosu factory and take part in a local cleaning event every year. We participate in environmentally friendly activities.

  • Contribution to society through the Michinoku Future Fund
    Sansho Seiyaku Co., Ltd. sympathized with the intention of the fund and has been participating since its establishment. We have been and will continue to be one of the supporters to assist the children who lost their parents in the disaster.

  • [About the Michinoku Future Fund]
    The Michinoku Future Fund was established in order to provide long term support to children in the Tohoku region who have lost one or both parents, allowing them the freedom to pursue their dreams and objectives.The fund is run with the intention to provide support for higher education to those children so that they will be able to grow up without abandoning their dreams and objectives and play key roles in the recovery of Tohoku region.

    Students supported by the Michinoku Future Fund are the fourth generation this year. And many of them attended a gathering held in March 2015. Each of them had a clear objective for the future and moved on to new environment. Some of the first and the second generation students who had graduated college got jobs in local companies and already participating in reconstruction efforts. We are encouraged by their progress and by their efforts to be the basis of reconstruction. As we did in the past few years, we will try to support the fund for many years to come.
